Sony unveiled it’s paper thin TV screen technology. It’s .3 mm thick to be exact, making it effectively electronic paper.
The screen is actually bendable, and because of it’s thin paper like thickness you could drop it on the ground and it wouldn’t get damaged. They aren’t sure when they will be releasing products with this technology, but it’s not hard to think of the potential applications such as advertising, maps in your windshield, or making your wall into a huge TV.
