About

This is my blog, uhhh.. Yep, that’s what this is.

I have A.D.D.(Attention Deficit Disorder) and I have made a resolution to begin blogging this year, to hopefully sort out many, many random thoughts. We’ll see how it goes.

I hope you can bring yourself to blogging regulary, I tried so many times, but can’t seem to stay disciplined enough to do it as many times i feel like, that’s the most negative thing for me about ADD. Feeling you want to do so much, but never being able to accomplish a fraction of it. I take Ritalin now and feel a big change, i’m able to put things i want much on hold to resume them at a later time, when i’m able to continue on it. There is still lot to do, but i’ll get there…. eventually.

    Keep on the good work!

Have you tried adderal ? How would you compare it to ritalin – if you have.

I feel kind of discombobulated most of the time. Adderal seemed to keep me at an even keel during the day but at night I wanted to jump out of my skin. It was such a horrible feeling – fidgety and such.

I stumbled upon your blog while looking for book reviews on The Davinci Method. This is the first ADD blog i’ve hit, and I must say it is entertaining. Your tag line “I’ll get to that, right after this” truly hits home

I was “diagnosed” with ADD about 3 years ago and have been taking Adderal for about 2 years now. It definitely made a difference and gave me balance and a sense of clarity.

I use past tense, because I believe I have plateaued with Adderal. Its effectiveness has diminished significantly, such that I feel I’m rapidly regressing to my original ADD baseline. Occasionally, my ADD is worse than when I started, (below zero, if you will) even when I’ve taken my meds consistently. My dr. wants to up the dose, but I’m not convinced that’s the right course to take.

Thus, my search for information about The Davinci Method, which as I mentioned, brought me here to begin with. I’ll definitely add your blog to my favorites.

Thanks, and keep keeping me distracted from all of the other things that demand my time and attention…….it’s worth it!

Thank you so much for posting – just knowing there is yet another person out there with this thought process helps.

My blog that I update is now at http://myadd.smallzworld.com, so check that out!

I’ll meet you there! ok ?

Butg I wanted to tell you that this month – and i’ll be posting on this – I have been figuring some things out. I’ll share with you what I am learning, and maybe it will help you. Maybe you have things that can help me.
